1. If you deliberately try to harm the performance of the server or ruin the play time, fun, and or experience of others for your own amusement. You'll be permanently banned.

2. Don't spam.

3. Don't be a minge (prop pushing, pissing people off, spawning a bunch of stuff around someone's build, sitting in someone's (not your own) seat and blocking them etc.)

4. No racism/discrimination

5. No politics. We're not the United Nations. It's a build server in a game.

6. Don't spawn and forget (spawning random items with no purpose and walking off). It hurts server performance…

7. All in all just be a decent human, not a prick. We're here to build and chill. And have fun.

8. No promotion.
